Landscape/Snow Team Member

Edmonton & Surrounding Area • Full-Time or Part-Time • Year-Round

About the Role

• One crew. One contract. One full year of steady work. You’ll keep commercial properties looking sharp from spring cleanup through fall colour and winter snow removal — no layoffs, just consistent hours and paycheques.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

• Spring & summer: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, aerating, fertilising, irrigation checks
• Fall: leaf cleanup, winterising beds, final mowing
• Winter: snow plowing, sidewalk clearing, ice control, snow hauling
• Light equipment maintenance and daily safety checks
• Work with the same small crew and the same supervisor every day

What We Look For

• Reliability and pride in a job done right
• Valid Alberta driver’s licence with clean abstract (Class 5 standard, Class 3 an asset)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Physical ability to lift, bend, shovel and operate equipment all shift
• Experience with mowers, trimmers, blowers or snow equipment is a bonus — we train the right people
• Team player who follows direction and looks out for crew mates

What You Get

• Starting wage $18.00 – $21.00 / hour (based on experience and licences)
• Full-time: 35–40 hours/week guaranteed
• Part-time: 10–30 hours/week flexible

Working Conditions

• 100 % outdoors in all seasons. Fast-paced, physically demanding role involving lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, shovelling and operating landscape and snow equipment.
