Edmonton & Surrounding Area • Full-Time or Part-Time • Year-Round

About the Role

  • A true working leader — you’re out there with the crew every day, running the job, driving the truck, and making sure everything is done right and on time. No office, no clipboard — just leading by example.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a small crew of 2–5 on daily routes
  • Perform full landscape and snow removal duties alongside the team (mowing, trimming, pruning, plowing, shoveling)
  • Assign tasks, check quality, and keep the schedule on track
  • Drive company trucks and trailers to sites (Class 5 required, Class 3 an asset)
  • Complete daily photo reports and time sheets on your phone
  • Train new team members and enforce safety standards
  • Communicate directly with property managers when needed

What We Look For

  • Proven reliability — you show up and get it done
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 licence with clean abstract
  • Real experience running landscape or snow crews (2+ seasons preferred)
  • Strong leadership and clear communication
  • Comfortable using smartphone apps for reporting
  • Safety-first mindset and ability to enforce rules calmly
  • Physical ability to work hard outdoors in all weather

What You Get

  • Starting wage $22.00 – $26.00 / hour (based on experience and leadership ability)
  • Full-time guaranteed 35–40 hours/week
  • Full extended health & dental benefits after 3 months
  • Year-round employment — no layoffs
  • Company truck for work use
  • Paid training, uniforms and top-tier equipment
  • Winter overtime and clear path to Foreman role

Working Conditions

  • 100 % outdoors in all seasons. Fast-paced, physically demanding leadership role — lifting, shoveling, operating equipment and keeping the crew moving.
  • If you’re the kind of leader crews want to work for and property managers trust, we want you running one of our teams.
